1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging BHB Projects Pty for construction services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Scope of Work
All projects will be completed as per the agreed contract, including specifications, timelines, and costs. Any changes must be approved in writing.

3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges. Full payment is required before project handover unless otherwise agreed.

4. Project Delays
While we strive to meet deadlines, delays caused by weather, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. BHB Projects Pty is not liable for such delays.

5. Safety and Compliance
All work is carried out following legal, safety, and building regulations. Clients must ensure site access and safety compliance.

6. Liability
BHB Projects Pty is insured and certified. Liability is limited to the scope of the project. The company is not responsible for damages caused by client actions or third parties.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will apply.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
